The Mosaic of Goodness is finally ready to launch and we that have put our time, effort, and expertise forward to make this site and this cause happen could not be prouder or more excited.

Our mission is to aid families struggling to survive in horrific, impoverished conditions on the street in India and the Philippines, two quickly developing nations that are not improving every citizen’s fortunes. India is estimated to have 42 percent of its population living below the poverty line according to the World Bank and the Philippines poverty rate is estimated to be at 40 percent.

These are more than numbers to us though. We have had the opportunity to travel abroad and visit these nations. We went to appreciate each culture and we certainly did marvel at the beautiful temples and shrines in both nations, but we also were exposed to abject poverty and were inspired by the spirit of these people working and fighting to overcome their economic hardship.

Every dollar raised on this site will go toward helping these families provide an education for their children and to help provide education and support for these families to start their own businesses and truly take advantage of the incredible economic growth of the nation around them.

In the spirit of our ultimate goal to help these impoverished families build a new life, we will be building a Mosaic on our site. With each donation, the picture will become clearer and clearer with tiles featuring pictures of the people who donated in the background.
